What if a jar arrives broken?

Despite all our precautions, an accident can happen. If you receive a damaged product, take a photo of the parcel and of the product, then contact us within 48 hours at contact@beechifa.fr.We will send you a replacement jar straight away, at our expense.

Do you offer gift sets?

Yes. We offer gift sets you make up yourself, chosen from our varieties.

What is your returns policy?

Our aim is that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If that is not the case, let us know and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once it has shipped, you receive an email with the tracking information. Delivery times vary according to your location.

Where are your products made?

Our honeys are harvested in Spain. Our spreads are made in France. The beechwood honey spoon comes from Italy.The origin is given on every product page.

What is the difference between liquid honey and raw honey?

Raw honey undergoes no processing: it is neither pasteurised nor heated. Liquid honey receives the same care as raw honey, except that it is liquefied at a very low temperature to obtain the desired consistency.

Who makes the spreads?

All our spreads are made in our workshop in Paris. That way we keep control of the quality and of every step of production.
