Beechifa, the taste of simple and authentic things
Hello, my name is Yosri, founder of Beechifa.
Beechifa was born from a simple passion: honey. A product that I have appreciated for many years for the richness of its flavors, the diversity of its origins, and the expertise behind each harvest.
The name Beechifa comes from Arabic and evokes the wish for "good recovery." I chose this name because it matches the spirit I wanted to give the brand: something warm, generous, and deeply human.
But above all, Beechifa was born from a desire: to offer products that I would enjoy putting on my own table and sharing with my family.
It all started with honey
Not all honeys are the same.
Depending on the flowers gathered, the region, the season, and the harvesting conditions, their color, texture, and aromas can be completely different.
It is precisely this diversity that fascinates me.
At Beechifa, I prioritize honeys selected for their origin, taste, and quality, to help you discover different expressions of honey: from sweet and floral flavors to more intense and woody profiles.
The origin of each honey is clearly indicated on our product sheets so that you know what you are buying and where it comes from.
Because for me, trust begins with transparency.
From raw to liquid honey: respecting the product
We offer a selection of raw honeys, which are neither pasteurized nor heated.
Our liquid honeys receive the same attention and are liquefied at low temperatures when necessary to achieve the desired texture.
Each honey naturally has its own characteristics. It can evolve over time, change slightly in texture or crystallize: this is simply part of honey's natural life.
We also pay particular attention to their preservation. Our products are stored away from light, heat, and humidity to best preserve their taste and aromatic qualities.
Then came the desire to go further…
My passion for good products doesn't stop at honey.
I wanted to create gourmet treats where the main ingredients wouldn't just be there to appear on a label, but would truly be at the heart of the recipe.
This is how Beechifa's artisanal spreads joined the adventure.
Pistachio, hazelnut, cashew… we are primarily looking for taste and a real presence of the nut.
And rather than building our recipes around refined sugar, we chose to use honey as a sweetening ingredient, while prioritizing the balance between indulgence, texture, and flavor intensity.
Our spreads are from artisanal French production.
Showing you what's really in your jar
I believe that a customer should not have to search long to understand what they are buying.
That's why we try to be as precise as possible on our product sheets: composition, percentage of main ingredients, origin, weight, storage tips, and useful tasting information.
No need for grand promises.
We prefer to give you the necessary information so that you can make your choice knowingly.
Products carefully prepared and delivered to your door
Our attention doesn't stop at the contents of the jar.
Our honeys and spreads are packaged in glass jars, a recyclable and reusable material.
We also take great care in preparing orders so that your products arrive in the best possible condition.
And because an incident during transport can still happen, if you receive a damaged jar, simply contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and product: we will send you a replacement jar at our expense.
For me, that's also how a relationship of trust is built.
