Delivery times

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

In France, delivery takes place within 24 to 72 hours.

Delivery times outside of France vary between 5 and 8 days.

If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

If you choose delivery to a collection point, please select your preferred collection point after the payment step.

If no collection point is selected, the parcel will automatically be sent to the collection point closest to your home address.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage.

The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected.

Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery address.

The delivery fee to a pickup point is:

• €2.90 per order in France
• €3,90 per order in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
• €4.90 per order in Germany, Austria and Poland

Free delivery to a collection point is offered for orders with a minimum purchase of €49.

Home delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the package.
