Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.

In France, delivery takes place within the following 24 to 72 hours.

Outside France, delivery times range from 5 to 8 days.

If you place your order at a weekend or on a public holiday, shipments are processed on the next working day.

Delivery methods

The available delivery methods are:

• Delivery to a pickup point
• Home delivery

Important

If you choose delivery to a pickup point, please select the pickup point after the payment step.

If no pickup point is selected, the parcel will automatically be sent to the pickup point nearest your home address.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include handling and packaging as well as postage.
Box sizes are chosen appropriately and your items are properly protected.

Shipping costs are set according to the delivery address.

Delivery to a pickup point costs:

• €2.90 per order in France
• €3.90 per order in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
• €4.90 per order in Germany, Austria and Poland

Delivery to a pickup point is free on orders with a minimum purchase of €49.

Home delivery costs vary according to the weight of the parcel.
