Raw honey undergoes no processing: it is neither pasteurised nor heated. Liquid honey receives the same care as raw honey, except that it is liquefied at a very low temperature to obtain the desired consistency.

Despite all our precautions, an accident can happen. If you receive a damaged product, take a photo of the parcel and of the product, then contact us within 48 hours at contact@beechifa.fr.

We will send you a replacement jar straight away, at our expense.
