Amber, floral on the nose, mild on the palate with a clear acidity.

The aroma is very pronounced, with distinct phenolic notes. A honey with character.

It crystallises very slowly: high fructose content, low moisture.

Uses

In baking, in place of sugar in cakes or biscuits.

In a marinade for meat or in a dessert — a thyme honey crème brûlée, for instance.

With cheese, with yoghurt or with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Thyme honey (Spain).

Storage

Store away from light and heat. Honey keeps for a long time: its texture changes over time, never its quality.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between liquid honey and raw honey?

Raw honey undergoes no processing: it is neither pasteurised nor heated. Liquid honey receives the same care as raw honey, except that it is liquefied at a very low temperature to obtain the desired consistency.

Who makes the spreads?

All our spreads are made in our workshop in Paris. That way we keep control of the quality and of every step of production.

Do your spreads contain preservatives?

No. Our spreads are made by hand, without preservatives.

The full list of ingredients is on every jar and on every product page.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, our jars are glass — a material that is recyclable and, above all, endlessly reusable.

From what age can honey be eaten?

Honey should not be given to children under one year old.
