Rosemary honey harvested in Spain in early spring.

Rosemary honey is light amber in color, with a mild aroma and an intense, sweet, and persistent taste.

On the nose, it gives off a floral aroma, not very intense, and notes of camphor, even almonds.

On the palate, it is sweet, with sometimes acidic notes depending on the variety.

With temperature, this honey can crystallize slowly and very finely.
